Can a fifteen year old decide who should get child custody?
I have a 15 year old child that would love to come live with me his father. He currently lives with his mother in a different state. The mother was married to my husband but they divorced. She has kept primary child custody and there is no agreement in the courts. How can we get custody? Does the fact that the child wants to live with us make a difference?
