Can I ask for a settlement after my divorce is finalized?
Can I still ask for a settlement after my dissolution case is finalized by the court? I did not request such a settlement when I filed the divorce papers, but want one now. The final termination of my marriage is expected on 11/1/2010. We own some properties together that I did not list on the divorce papers.
