Can I get an annulment?
I got married 4 months ago to a man who started being verbally and physically abusive shortly after we were married. It got so bad that I told him that I am going to file a restraining order. If I do that, will it be grounds for an annulment? Or can I already file for annulment because he is abusive and we were only married 4 months ago?
