Can my boyfriend take our daughter?
I have a young daughter with my boyfriend. He has become very abusive lately. He was laid off and we had to move back in with my parents and he has been drinking too much. I want to break up with him. But he says that if I break up with him then he is going to take the daughter with him. Can he do this?
