Can my husband and I use the same lawyer in our divorce?
My husband and I want to get a divorce but we also wanted to save some money. We are divorcing on good terms but the divorce might get complicated because of our assets and child support. Is it possible for us to use the same lawyer? Will this create a conflict of interest for the attorney?
