How can I divorce my husband if he makes all the money?

How can I divorce my husband if he makes all the money in the marriage? Will I be able to include attorney fees within the divorce?

You can divorce him the same way as if you made all the money. At the discretion of the court and application by counsel, you may be awarded attorney's fees.

Yes, you can request attorney fees as part of your divorce. The court will look at the relative income of you and your husband to decide.

Yes, if your husband makes all the money he will be required to pay for your attorney too! You should contact an attorney and discuss the situation in detail.
