How can I get a quick divorce if my wife walked out on me and her children?

My wife walked out on or about Nov 30, 2009 leaving me with three kids one whom is my step son. I'm in the military and currently overseas with the kids. I just want to do a quick divorce. I'm not asking for any support from her just want my kids and step son to stay with me or have me as the primary parent.

You should consult with an attorney in your home county and discuss the situation in detail, and then make appropriate filings.
