How can our son get custody?
My son is trying to get custody of his son. The child was placed with the other grandparents by the Department of Child Support Services. Our son has had a good job and has paid his child support for the last 3 years ever since the divorce. He has tried to get custody of his child by himself but has been rejected by the court every single time. The mom is no longer in the picture. What can he do?
