How do we divorce if out of state?
My husband and I have agreed to get a divorce. He moved to Austin, Texas at the beginning of the summer in June. I decided to stay in San Jose with my sister. What is the best way to do the divorce if we live in different states like this? We were married in California. We didn't have any children and we agree about most things so I hope that it won't take too long.
