What can I do to protect my children in my divorce?
I am a mother who got married and got separated and I am on welfare and I am trying to re-enlist into active duty, I’m currently in the national guard right now and in school online. My husband is violent and aggressive and is making threats to file a restraining order and suing me for no reasons, just so I look bad on paper, and I want to make sure he has no right to go near my son and my home. He also is trying to make me look like an unstable mother and to take my son away.
