What can you do to get out of back child support?
A friend of mines ex wife is fighting for child support after 27 years. She said she didn’t want child support and she wanted him to have nothing to do with the child. Family members searched for them for years. The father had no idea where they were. Now he’s getting a letter saying that they can take all of his money and take anything he owns. Is this right?
