What do I do if my child changes their mind about who she wants to stay with?

I have recently been divorced and in the separation agreement the child (15 years old) chose to stay with her father. It has now come about that she wants to live with me (mother). I need to know what I have to do to get her. The separation agreement states that the father has sole custody and we share joint custody.

You can reach agreement on it - the best option, and simply file something with the Court in the form of a stipulation to changing residential custody.
