Which state has jurisdiction and what would our equitable distribution and palimony be like?

My wife and I lived together in a common law state for 8 years. We moved to another state then got officially married in that new state. We bought a new house under my spouses name in a new state. All previous debts were in my name since I was main income earner. Now that I am not employed because of the economy she wants to divorce and leave.

I have 3 main questions:

1. Could I prevent her from selling the new house?
2. Would 50/50 equitable distribution apply to all business and household debts - old or new?
3. I am unable to purchase or rent at the moment. I am unemployed. Can I prevent her from throwing me out of the new property or deed my name in? Which legal instrument would I use? As she is the major income earner and I have previously supported her throughout our marriage, could I be entitled to some measure of financial support? I did not create the economy.
