Who pays for attorney fees in a divorce?
How are attorney fees divided in a divorce if all the finances are pooled together?

Each party pays for their own attorney. However, one side could make a "quantum meruit application" to the court to request that their attorney's fees be paid by the other side.

That depends upon the circumstances. Usually both sides pay for their own lawyers, unless only one side has the money, in which case that side pays both attorneys.
